Our Performance Team offers a fantastic opportunity for young dancers who want to perform and not compete just yet!
Spirit Squad: ages 6-11!
For dancers who are eager to shine and perform!
Through an engaging pom/jazz routine, these dancers will learn to perform at local events such as basketball half-times and school showcases.
This experience not only builds confidence but also fosters a sense of teamwork among peers.

Competition Team
At ADA, we pride ourselves on being more than just a dance studio; we’re a family. Our award-winning competition teams work hard all season, learning exciting choreography and building lasting friendships from summer tryouts through fall rehearsals.
We travel to a few out-of-town competitions, making memories while showcasing our talent in Sioux City and beyond.
